FACEXPERT CLINIC utiliza tus datos personales, bajo interés legítimo entre las partes y/o consentimiento expreso, para ofrecer los servicios de medicina estética y de su centro sanitario autorizado.

Si acudes a nuestro centro sanitario o nos pides una cita, tus datos se usarán precisamente para gestionar tu petición, así como para el resto de gestiones derivadas de tu relación con nosotros.ç

Si captamos tu imagen a través de imágenes y/o grabaciones, se usarán con fines divulgativos. Se hará siempre con tu consentimiento y preservando tu intimidad y privacidad. Por supuesto puedes revocar el tratamiento de tus imágenes sin que afecte al resto de datos que tenemos tuyos.

También podrán realizarse encuestas de manera disociada con fines de mejora de la calidad de nuestros servicios.

Si contactas con nosotros a través de nuestro Whatsapp oficial, nuestra web o redes sociales, tus datos serán tratados únicamentepara dar respuesta a tu solicitud, con el fin de gestionar tus peticiones, atender las consultas, dudas o comentarios que nos hagas llegar a través de los canales oficiales habilitados a tal efecto.

Una vez que pasas consulta, nos das tus datos o nos escribes por y nos das el consentimiento marcando la casilla por la web o enviándonos un mail, usaremos de manera legítima tu correo o número de Whatsapp para mantenerte informado de todas nuestras novedades, ofertas, etc; siempre puedes cancelar o darte de baja de este tipo de comunicaciones, sin que esta retirada de consentimiento afecte al resto de datos que tenemos tuyos.

¿De dónde obtenemos tus datos?

– Cuando nos das el consentimiento para el envío de comunicaciones comerciales.

¿Cuáles son tus derechos y cómo puedes ejercitarlos?

Te informamos que tienes derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si estamos tratando datos personales que te conciernen o no.

Podrás acceder, rectificar, suprimir y oponerte a determinados tratamientos, así como ejercer tu derecho a la limitación del tratamiento, a la portabilidad y a no ser objeto de una decisión individual basada únicamente en un tratamiento automatizado.

•    Acceder a tus datos: Tienes derecho a acceder a tus datos para conocer qué datos personales estamos tratando que te conciernan.

•    Solicitar la rectificación o supresión de tus datos: En determinadas circunstancias, tienes derecho a rectificar aquellos datos personales que consideres inexactos y que sean objeto de tratamiento 

por parte nuestra, así como derecho a solicitar la supresión de tus datos cuando, entre otros motivos, los datos ya no sean necesarios para los fines que fueron recogidos.

•    Solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de tus datos: En determinadas circunstancias, tendrás derecho a solicitarnos la limitación del tratamiento de tus datos, en cuyo caso le informamos que únicamente conservaremos los datos sobre los que hayas solicitado limitación en el tratamiento para el ejercicio o defensa de reclamaciones.

¿Durante cuánto tiempo conservamos tus datos?

FACEXPERT CLINIC conservará tu información mientras exista algún tipo de relación con nosotros, bloqueando los datos cuando dejes de ser nuestro/a paciente/a; y borrándolos toda vez que hayan prescrito las preceptivas obligaciones legales que pudieran generarse, (5 años según Ley 41/2002).

Obviamente, habrá que conservar determinada información el tiempo mínimo que se establezca en la correspondiente normativa sectorial.

En caso de que contactes con nosotros a través de los medios indicados, tus datos se almacenarán el tiempo necesario para dar respuesta a tu solicitud de información.

FACEXPERT CLINIC también deberá conservar determinada información en base a requerimientos legales.
